Return and Exchange Policy
Change your mind after shopping? No problem. We accept request for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The item that you would like to return or exchange should be unworn, unwashed and still attached with the original tag.
Please return to us via Express courier. Ex. Fedex, DHL or UPS. Please note that we will not responsible for the postage cost for return from your location to ours. Failure to send via non-registered mail will cause parcel be returned to you and delay the return process. When you ship your returning item, it is highly suggested that you use a carrier which provides order tracking service and does not require any signature.
How to return/exchange?
Step 1: Request for Exchange/Return
If you've register an account under our website, please go to the “Order History” page and click on the “Exchange/Return” button next to the “Order Status” of the item that you would like to exchange or return. If you didn't register an account, simply reply the order confirmation email to request for an exchange or return.
Step 2: Complete the form and return your item
An email of Exchange/Return with detail information will be sent to you upon receipt of your request for Exchange/Return. Please print it out and enclosed when you ship your returning item. If you didn't register an account, please print the order confirmation email.
Step 3: Wait for our refund/exchange
We will process your request after receiving your return item. For refund cases, the refund amount will be credited by the same method of payment you used for the purchase but the international postage fee we charged before is excluded. An email with refund details will be sent to you upon successful transaction. For exchange cases, the process will normally take 10 working days.
What if requested item not available?
You may exchange for a different color or size – as long as they are available – of the item you purchased. In case the requested item is not available at the moment, we may arrange refund for that by the same payment method.
